Hilda was born in Salinas, Puerto Rico on February 27th, 1946 to her parents Cisto Ruiz and Otilia Torres. Hilda was predeceased by he parents, and husband Jose Rodriguez. Hilda was very much loved and she will be missed. Hilda leaves to cherish her memories, 4 Sons; Angel L. Colon, Jose L. , Jose A, and Miguel A. Rodriguez, 3 Daughters; Lourdes Colon, Brenda and Jessica Rodriguez, a Sister; Gloria Ruiz, many Grandchildren and many Great Grandchildren, many family and friends.
