Springfield – Damasa Ramos, 80, passed away on Tuesday, October 26th, 2021. Damasa was born in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico, on March 7th, 1941, to Francisco Pantoja and Teresa Pantoja. Damasa was predeceased by her parents, her ex-husband: Felix Rivera and the father of her children: Avelino Ramos Sr.
Damasa was very much loved by her family. Damasa leaves to cherish her memories her Three Sons: Michael Ramos, Avelino Ramos, Jr., and Edward Ramos, her Daughter: Maritza Velez, Ten Grandchildren, Eleven Great Grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
Visitation hours will be on Wednesday, November 3rd, 2021, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Thursday, November 4th, 2021, 9:00 am to 10:00 am, at North End Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 130 Carew Street, Springfield, MA. A Mass will be held at 11:00 AM, at St. Anthony of Padua Parish, 56 St. Anthony Street, Chicopee, MA., followed by her burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, 426 Bay Street, Springfield, MA.
