Springfield – Lucy Ocasio, 90, passed away on Sunday, October 31st, 2021. Lucy was born in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico, on August 10th, 1931, to Jose Figueroa and Francisca Rivera. Lucy was predeceased by her parents, her Son: Carlos Ocasio, Two Brothers: Agapito Figueroa and Felipe Figueroa, and her Sister: Maria Figueroa.

Lucy was very much loved by her family. Lucy leaves to cherish her memories her Daughter: Migdalia Ocasio, Five Sons: Samuel Ocasio, Wilfredo Ocasio, Jorge Ocasio, William Ocasio and David Ocasio, Three Brothers: Anibal Figueroa, Jose Figueroa and William Figueroa, Seven Sisters: Mina Figueroa, Eneida Figueroa, Juanita Figueroa, Alicia Figueroa, Avida Figueroa, Rosa Figueroa and Maria Luisa, Twenty Grandchildren, Thirteen Great Grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.

Visitation hours will be on Sunday, November 7th, 2021, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Monday, November 8th, 2021, 9:00 am to 10:00 am, at Puerta Del Cielo® Funeral Home, 730 State Street, Springfield, MA, followed by her burial at the Oak Grove Cemetery, 426 Bay Street, Springfield, MA.
