Springfield - Carmen Ana Nieves, 46, passed away Monday, November 15th, 2021. Carmen was born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, on June 10th, 1975, to her parents Benito Nieves and Iris Mercado. Carmen was predeceased by her Father.

Carmen was very much loved and she will be missed. She was a strong woman of faith who loved everyone equally and abundantly. Her generosity knew no bounds, always ready to extend a hand to anyone in need. Carmen leaves to cherish her memories her loving Husband: Miguel Valentin, her Mother: Iris Mercado, her Son Michael G. Valentin, her Daughter: Nanishy M. Franco, Two Sisters: Iris (Nelly) Nieves and Lizzette Nieves, her Granddaughter: Aria Franco, and a host of family and friends.

Calling Hours will be on Thursday, November 18th, 2021, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, at North End Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 130 Carew Street, Springfield, MA, followed by her burial at Hillcrest Park Cemetery, 895 Parker Street, Springfield, MA. Registry for Carmen Nieves
