Springfield - Danika Brathwaite, 47, sought eternal rest on Sunday, November 14th, 2021. Danika was born in Panama City, Panama, on August 18th, 1974, to her parents Alfonso Brathwaite and Lastenia Nunez.
To know Danika was to love her! Whether you worked with her, were lucky enough to call her friend, or just happened to experience her in passing, we’re certain there’s a story to tell. If you worked with her, we’re sure you saw aspects of her no-nonsense, sassy, yet caring personality. If you were her friend, then you knew her as very direct, loving, caring, and deeply loyal. If you experienced her in passing, we’re sure you got a taste of the sass, but really hope she also made you laugh.
Danika leaves to cherish her memories her parents Alfonso Brathwaite and Lastenia Nunez, her two daughters: Danika Brathwaite and Kimberly Brathwaite, four brothers: Dwayne Brathwaite, Alfonso Brathwaite, Nataniel Brathwaite and Jorge Luis Brathwaite, her Granddaughter: Kataliah Brathwaite, and a host of family and friends here and in Panama.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, November 21st, 2021, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, at Puerta Del Cielo® Funeral Home, 730 State Street, Springfield, MA.
