Springfield– Carmen Torres-Maldonado, 89, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 25th, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. Carmen was born in Jayuya, Puerto Rico, on December 17th, 1931, to Tomas Torres and Maria Maldonado. Carmen was predeceased by her parents and her Son: Gilberto Morales-Torres.

Carmen was very much loved by her family. Carmen leaves to cherish her memories her Loving Husband: Roberto Morales-Pagan, Five Sons: Jeremias Morales-Torres, German Morales-Torres, Iluminado Morales-Torres, Noel Morales-Torres and Angel Morales-Torres, Six Daughters: Luz Maria Brackbil, Noemi Morales-Torres, Emilda Morales-Torres, Enid Morales-Torres, Alicia Morales-Torres and Edna Morales-Torres, Three Brothers, Four Daughters-In Laws: Iris, Lucila, Rosin & Luz Merari, Three Son-In Laws: Marvin, Leo and Juan, Thirty-Seven Grandchildren, Eighty-One Great Grandchildren, Twenty Great Great Grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.

Visitation hours will be on Thursday, December 2, 2021, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Friday, December 3, 2021, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, at Puerta Del Cielo® Funeral Home, 730 State Street, Springfield, MA, followed by her burial at the Oak Grove Cemetery, 426 Bay Street, Springfield, MA.
