Beverly E. Smith

Beverly Elaine Smith, 69 of Spfld, MA passed away with family around her on April 8, 2018. She was born in Kingston, JA on June 5, 1948 to Adassa Rowe-Ferguson and Carlton Williamson. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant for Vibra Hospital in Springfield for 15 years. Beverly attended and ushered at Celestial Praise Church of God in Spfld, MA. She enjoyed going on trips and to banquets with her congregation. Her and her fellow church brothers and sisters volunteered at the homeless shelter serving food on a regular basis. Beverly was part of the Timeles Treasures choir at church as well. She is predeceased by both her mother Adassa and her father Carlton. She survived by her loving siblings, Sherea Williamson, Leslie Williamson, Eulalee Marrett, and Dawn Studds. Beverly departs from her three children Wayne Power, Michael Power and Vanessa Wilson. Beverly also departs from six grandchildren and six great-grand children. As well as numerous other family members, church brothers and sisters and friends. Her love and light will be greatly missed but she has won the ultimate prize of going home to the Lord. Services will be held on Friday April 20, 2018 9A.M at Shiloh Seventh Day Adventist Church on 767 State St, Spfld, MA.
